This Chapter describes how the Company processes personal data of persons who use the driving school catalog operating on the Website, submit inquiries about driving school offers and/or make reservations (hereinafter in this Chapter – Consumers, “you”).
The personal data referred to in this Chapter are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter the GDPR), the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.
The provisions of this Chapter supplement the other provisions of this Privacy Policy and apply together with them insofar as they relate to the driving school catalog, inquiry and booking services. Terms used in this Chapter have the same meaning as in Chapter 6 of the Website terms of use (hereinafter the Terms).
Providing personal data is necessary for us to select driving school offers for you and to complete a reservation. Without the required data (for example, contact details), we will not be able to provide these services.
In the context of the driving school catalog and booking services, we process the following personal data:
First name, last name, phone number, email address, city, preferred driving category, gearbox type, preferred training start date, and other preferences and notes stated in the inquiry.
Offers selected and provided to you, the chosen driving school, reservation date and status, reservation fee amount, payment date, method and status, and refund data. The Company does not collect or store payment card or bank login data – these are processed by the payment institution providing payment services.
Content of correspondence with you by email, phone or messages, and notes about conversations related to your inquiry, offers and reservation.
IP address, device and browser information, and data from cookies and similar technologies (see Chapter 3 of this Policy).
In the cases specified in this Chapter, we process your personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:
Purpose: selecting and providing driving school offers based on your inquiry. Data processed: inquiry and communication data. Legal basis: conclusion and performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Purpose: performing a reservation and transferring data to the selected driving school. Data processed: inquiry, offer and reservation data. Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Purpose: administering payments, reservation fee refunds and accounting. Data processed: reservation and payment data. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligations (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).
Purpose: handling requests and claims and protecting the Company’s rights. Data processed: all data referred to in this Chapter. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Purpose: assessing service quality (invitation to leave a review about the service). Data processed: contact and reservation data. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Purpose: direct marketing (newsletters, offers). Data processed: first name, email address, phone number. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent to direct marketing at any time (by clicking the unsubscribe link in a newsletter or by contacting [email protected]); withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
We do not take automated decisions that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you, including profiling.
We may transfer your personal data to the following recipients:
Your first name, last name, contact details (phone number, email address) and inquiry content (selected criteria, preferences, reservation information) are transferred to those driving schools that are selected based on your inquiry and/or whose offer you have reserved, to the extent necessary to prepare an offer, complete the reservation and conclude a training agreement with the school. Schools may contact you directly.
A driving school that receives your data further processes them as an independent data controller under its own privacy terms and applicable law. We recommend reviewing the privacy information of the school you choose.
Service providers (processors) that provide the Company with IT, website hosting, email, communication, accounting and similar services. These persons process data only in accordance with the Company’s instructions and concluded contracts.
Payment institutions through which payments and refunds are made; they process your payment data as independent data controllers under their own rules.
Competent state authorities – where required by law, as well as persons providing legal services, to the extent necessary to protect the Company’s rights.
Personal data are processed within the territory of the European Union / European Economic Area. If certain service providers were to process data outside it, this would be done only with appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR (for example, an adequacy decision of the European Commission or standard contractual clauses).
We store driving school catalog and booking service data for the following periods:
Inquiry, offer, reservation and related communication data are stored for 3 (three) years from the provision of the service or your last active action (taking into account possible limitation periods for claims).
Payment and accounting documents are stored for the periods set by legal acts (usually 10 years).
For direct marketing purposes, we process data until consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 3 (three) years from the date of consent, unless you renew consent.
After the retention period ends, data are destroyed or irreversibly anonymised. Data may be stored longer if required by legal acts or to resolve an ongoing dispute.
When using the driving school catalog and booking services, you have all the rights specified in Chapter 4 of this Policy, including the right to:

Request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Request erasure of data (the “right to be forgotten”) where the grounds set out in Article 17 GDPR apply.
Restrict processing of data in the cases set out in Article 18 GDPR.

Object to processing based on legitimate interest, including an unconditional right to object to processing for direct marketing purposes.
